Before your procedure, be sure to:

• Complete any required medical appointments, testing, or clearances.

• Follow your eating and drinking (fasting) instructions exactly as directed.

• Take or stop medications only as instructed by your surgeon or anesthesia provider.

• Arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home and stay with you for the first 24 hours after surgery.

• Let us know if you develop a fever, illness, or any changes in your health before your procedure.

• Watch for a phone call from our team the business day before surgery with your arrival time and any final instructions.
